How does it work?

 

If you apply for our service, we will send your 0800 number to your email. When someone calls your 0800 number, we forward the call to your NZ mobile or home phone. The caller is not charged with any cost. If you connect your home phone number, the rate is cheaper.

How long does it take to setup?

 

The service takes 30 minutes to set up. If you want to choose your own number, the setup time is 5 days.

Is there a minimum contract term for service?

 

No, there is no minimum contract term. You can cancel the service anytime.

Can I transfer my existing 0800 phone number?

 

Yes, you can! We can transfer from other 0800 number providers. It takes 3-4 working days.

 

- Heavy user plan new customer number porting* is free until the end of December.

  Premium plan customer number porting fee is $15. Other plan number porting fee is $25.

*  Number porting: transferring your 0800 number from other providers to our service
